About Ms. Spectacle
Ms. Spectacle's Spectacular Classroom is a story about a young student named Luka who hates Science. The story progresses through the classroom as Ms. Spectacle tries to help Luka find his passion.
Project Details
The story was created back in 2022 for Technology Student Association's Regional competition. Our prompt being to create a Illustration book that encouraged STEM while also being interactive. This was accomplished by creating a 35 page story about Ms. Spectacle's classroom while also adding interactive learning activities at the end of the main story along with some fun at home activities kids could do related to STEM. The Book was later entered as a finalist for Florida Regionals in Spring of 2023, and after read across Lee County's school districts in the classrooms from grades K-3rd which was our intended audience.

Sharing Ms. Spectacle with Schools
During our time producing the book, Nick Cerabona and I traveled to Skyline Elementary to have kids read the book. We went to four different classes, Kindergarten, First, Third, and the Science room. Soon after we got noticed by Lee County's Department of Education online and that's how Ms. Spectacle traveled across our District.
